On 13th June 2026, the Pru West District Assembly organized a district-wide clean-up exercise in Prang as part of efforts to promote environmental cleanliness and improve sanitation within the district.
The exercise brought together key stakeholders, including the District Chief Executive (DCE), the District Coordinating Director (DCD), Heads of Departments, Assembly Members, staff of the Assembly, and other community members who actively participated in the activity.
The clean-up exercise focused on clearing choked gutters, sweeping streets, removing refuse from public spaces, and ensuring that the principal streets and markets in Prang were kept clean. Participants worked collectively to create a cleaner and healthier environment for residents.
